Can I return clothes I bought?
Yes. It happens that the ordered size or cut does not suit the customer for some reason. You can return any piece of cloth bought in our store within 14 days of its delivery. Please remember, the goods you send back to us must not have any signs of use and they must be in condition in which you received them (with all tags and labels attached). If those conditions are not met, we might limit the returned amount accounting for the loss of value of the products returned or if the damage is to significant, refuse to refund your return all together.
We have 14 days to process the return. As soon as we accept it, we will refund you to your original payment method.
The clothes you return will go to our Showroom and will be sold to someone else.
What do I have to do to return the clothes I bought?
You can return your order personaliy in out Showroom in Warsaw during our working hours or send it to us via courier.
Attach the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the completed Return form to your return shipment.
Send it to us at: By Your Side, ul. Orla 6b lok. 37, 00-143 Warsaw, Poland.
You can also send the shipment to the InPost parcel locker no. WAW77N,
providing the phone number (503084960) and e-mail (email@example.com).
What is the cost of a return?
We do not charge our customers for processing their returns.
However, the cost of delivering the goods to us lies with the customer.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND US THE RETURNS VIA POCZTA POLSKA.
Unfortunately, the local postman does not like to deliver us the arrival notes and we often do not find out about the returns on time and the shipments are sent back to the senders. It would be a pity if your return shipment had to go on such an unnecessary trip back to you.
